You can track your order through the track- and trace code we send you by e-mail. In this e-mail there is a specific code which you can also use in our shipment tracker. To use the shipment tracker, go to our shipment info page.
*Please take note that it usually takes around 1 week for your tracking code to become active.

There are multiple ways to get in contact with us.

1. The fastest way to communicate with us is through Whatsapp. You can see the Whatsapp button on the right bottom of every page.

2. You can send an e-mail to [email protected]. Please use the form above to send us an e-mail. 

3. We are very active on Instagram, you can reach us with a DM. 

A little mistake is always around the corner. To prevent this mistake from happening, please check the details in the order confirmation we e-mailed you. If by any chance the address is wrong we could get extra charges and costs because the order will not be delivered to you. So if anything goes wrong with your address, contact us as soon as possible. 

Normally it does not happen but on some occasions it does. Every country has their own rules when it comes to packages you receive from abroad. It could happen that your country’s customs flag your order as an item where tax comes in. This means you will have to pay a certain amount of charges for your order. You are responsible for paying any customs fees, duty and tariffs. Orders destined to the EU which are below 150 euros usually won’t get any charges but sometimes they do.
