If for any reason you are not completely happy with your football shirt(s), we offer the following return policy:

Eligibility for Returns
1.1 To be eligible for a return, the football shirt(s) must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.
1.2 Personalized football shirts, such as those with custom names or numbers, cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. These custom names are only applied if you contact us before hand obviously. We do not promote these in our shop.

Return Process
2.1 To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

A. Contact our customer service team within 5 days from the date of delivery to inform us of your intention to return the football shirt(s). You can reach us through Whatsapp or e-mail.
B. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
C. Our customer service team will provide you with further instructions, including the return address.

2.2 Please ensure that the football shirt(s) are securely packaged for return shipment to prevent any damage during transit.

2.3 We recommend using a trackable shipping method and obtaining proof of postage when returning the item(s). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds
3.1 Once we receive the returned football shirt(s) and verify that they meet the eligibility criteria, we will process the refund.

3.2 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs, are non-refundable.

3.3 We strive to process refunds within 7 days of receiving the returned item(s). However, please note that the actual refund timeframe may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Exchanges
4.1 We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a football shirt for a different size, style, or design, please follow the return process as described above, and then place a new order for the desired item(s) on our website.

Damaged or Defective Items
5.1 In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective football shirt, please contact our customer service team immediately upon delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.
