However, we do not guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or factors beyond our control.    4.2 Risk of loss and title for the Products pass to you upon delivery. It is your responsibility to inspect the Products upon receipt and notify us of any damages or discrepancies within a reasonable timeframe. The timeframe being at least 5 days after receiving the Product.
